Click Your Heels. . . . . .

For a school performance my daughter has to dress up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.  Here are the shoes that I made for her.  I took an old pair of black pumps & spray painted them red. Then I gave the shoes a coat of Glitter Mod Podge and poured red glitter on the shoes.  I did this twice.  The shoes really sparkle!  (Unfortunately the pictures do not show just how much.)  I must add that my kitchen really sparkles also as that as where I made them. Two Cute Kids

Here is what I have been up to lately. I made this card for a friend's birthday. I think that the kids on this card are too cute! I used a rubber stamp from Prickley Pear.  The stamp is called "Play Me A Tune" (item JJ0058).  I colored it using my Prismacolor pencils.  I used Diamond Glaze by Judikins on the records to give them a shiny look. The background stamps were from my stash.  Thanks for stopping by.
